Today is a beautiful poem by poetry Mail:
third
I wish that mountains, fixed by forests shuddering,
and rocky heights blown up by ever hardening
and sandy deserts me blocked the access,
and sea surges wildly in the storm roaring;
And giant still spell locks his houses,
And dragons as before Hesperidengärten,
Scharwächter with bare thousand swords,
breeding guardian with open eyes thousand, can
So I but with all emergency still hope
bemeistern by courage, by stratagem, in the end
the spite of one or the other cunning;
Instead of me jetzo door and gate is open,
And she sits there, more than a thousand spirits
are guarded by nothing but their roughness.
Walt Whitman (1788-1866)
